Outside views of Lorain Steel Mill – circa early 70’s

The adventures continue with photos from the early 70’s of the Lorain Steel Mill facility.  These photos are from an archive of photos of industrial sites at the Steel Mill in Lorain, OH.

Most importantly, the photos show a historical time when the mill employed over 2,000 workers. Historically, the mill closed operations several years ago and now is in the process of reopening. The Lorain Steel Mill offers a plethora of photo opportunities.
