In it she eloquently describes 17 of the groups of people that contribute to Cleveland’s ethnic heritage. She subsequently states that “this diverse mixture of ethnic groups creates the ethnic heritage of Cleveland.”

Hence, it’s one of the things that gives the city its interesting character. She concludes that “Cleveland’s ethnic heritage is a benchmark for further enrichment.”
